We are looking for motivated Tele callers with strong communication and telesales skills. The role involves making outbound calls, screening leads, and coordinating appointments. Candidates should be confident, customer-centric, and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
- Explain products and services in a simple and engaging manner.
- Build rapport quickly with customers to support lead conversion.
- Handle objections professionally and work toward appointment scheduling.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to drive lead progression.
- Maintain accurate call logs, CRM entries, and follow processes/scripts.
- Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.
Required Skillset:
1. Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory), Hindi, and other regional languages except Malayalam.
- Clear pronunciation, good voice modulation, and confident tone.
- Ability to simplify product information effectively.
2. Telesales Competency
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead qualification preferred.
- Target-driven with a focus on conversions.
3. Customer Handling & Relationship Building
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Patient, professional, and empathetic communication style.
4. Process & Productivity
- Ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up skills to secure appointments.
- Capability to maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow call scripts/workflows.
