Key Responsibilities
- Design and build autonomous AI systems that can learn, evolve, and provide guidance in real-world applications.
- Work on Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Voice/Conversational AI technologies.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Develop pipelines for data collection, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance across different environments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML research and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic, etc.) and NLP frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with Voice Tech / Speech Recognition / Conversational AI systems.
- Solid understanding of ML model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
